Explore new possibilities to your yoga practice through an eclectic fusion of prana vashya and ashtanga yoga with me.
This yoga & beach retreat is focused on becoming more aware of our bodies and how we can use our breath powerfully to master correct alignment, elegance, strength and peace in our asana practice. Assia will provide individual hands on adjustments so you can feel the new way so that your body will remeber it long after the retreat has ended. You will experience the joy of moving serenely through the postures, with humility and grace in a small focused group where we can share openly and confidently.
We will be staying in the newly opened Yoga Beach House in Biscarrosse-plage. A dedicated yoga studio and lodge along the Landes coast in south west France. The classes and worksops will take place in the beautiful knotty pine wooden studio or on the terraces of the peaceful gardens. Some classes will take place on the nearby beach, sand dunes and even at the secluded pine forest, all short walking distance from our Beach House. Some classes will be yin based, a relaxing and rejuvenating type of postures offering our bodies and mind time to restore, refresh and re-energise.

Included: 6 nights shared room, yoga, 2x organic meals per day.
Not Included: Flights, airport transfers, evening meals and other activities. Additional Activities that can be organised during the week: SUP Yoga, Surf lessons, Self guided bike ride to the lake or Dune du Pyla, Massage, Healing, Life Coaching Consultation, Picnic boat trip on the lake, Wake Boarding, Kite Surfing.
